We will then travel for several thousands of kilometers to the Yarra Valley, a historical region with some of the longest continuously operating wineries outside of Europe.Then, we go across the Bass Straight to the Cradle Coast of Northern Tasmania, Australia's coolest and most rugged wine region, to try the most fashionable wine at the moment, Tasmanian Pinot Noir.To the north, we will try wines grown at the highest altitude in Australia.
