We will introduce E. LACOUR : a small Champagne Producer with 50 years of experience.

Champagne E.Lacour

They produce “only” 15,000 Bottles of Champagne per year.
Half of their grapes goes to a big name’s Champagne house!

That night, you will taste their top  Champagne: the Cuvée Collector Premier Cru E.Lacour.

20 % of Chardonnay, 30 % of Pinot Noir, 40 % of Pinot Meunier and 10 % of old wine.

You will taste a total of 4 glasses of that exceptional Champagne

The Buffet: available from 7pm

Buffet Tantra

Tantra will provide a full buffet on a “Eat as much as you want” basis ( Tabehodai ) with:

Mixed Salad, Pasta, Pizza, Rice dish, Slice of roasted pork and Tart as dessert.

The Champagne Lecture available from 7:30pm

We will introduce the Champagne area through the Champagne Premier Cru E. Lacour.

The Wine Instructor:

Paul , a 43-year-old US wine instructor, will manage that event in English.
With a lifelong passion for wine, he has made a career in wine sales, wine list development at upscale restaurants, and vinicultural education. He has a deep knowledge of wine production, regions, and food compatibility, and he enjoys sharing his enthusiasm with others interested in wine.

If you want, You can also get the Nomihodai option ( drink as much as you want )  by adding 2,500Y + tax
