Spanish Sparkling Wine: Anyal Cava Brut N/V, D.O. Penedès
Grapes: Xarello, Prellada, Viura and Trepat
Full-bodied, round, warm, fresh and lively

Amuse: Garlic Paprika Whelk Shell and Roasted New Potato with Olive Tapenade
Spanish wine: Torrederos 100% Verdejo, D.O. Rueda, 2018
Very elegant and straightforward , dominated by aromas of white fruit (pear ) with hints of scrubland ( Fennel ) and anis background.

Starter: Turkey Ballotine with Crispy Green, Shaved Manchego Cheese, Spiced Quince Dressing
Spanish wine: El Circo Director, D.O. Cariñena
Grape Varieties: Garnacha, Cariñena
Full body with rich cherries and plums powerful fruit and freshness at the same time.

Main: Grilled Beef Strip-loin, Gruyere and Potato Pave, Smoked Eggplant Puree, Red Wine Reduction
Spanish wine: Terres de Vidalba, Priorat, DOQ, 2012
Grape Variety: Garnacha Negra 60%, Syrah 40%
Good palate, tasty and very fresh. Long aftertaste, with many memories of ripe fruit and minerality.

Dessert: Macedonia with Orange sherbet
Spanish wine: El Circo Blanco Frizzante, DO Cariñena
Grape Variety: Macabeo, Viura
Mild on mouth with a sweet and acid touch that adds freshness with a surprising bubbling spark.

The Wine Expert
Wine instructor
Robert Self is a public speaker and wine expert. Raised in Northern California’s wine country, his fascination with the beauty of wine led him to Academie du Vin, where he attained a Wine Expert II degree. Robert also has degrees from the Wine Spectator School, and frequently speaks for major wineries and vintners from around the world.
Robert has worked at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and NHK radio as a business commentator, and these days coaches Fortune 500 companies around Asia to inspire them to better business presentations and communications.
Saturday March 26th ’ Schedule:
4:45-5pm: Welcoming guests with the aperitif
5-5:30pm: presentation on Spanish wine
5:30-7:30pm: Dinner time
8pm: Ending of the party
8:30pm: Closing Doors
Price: 20,980Y + tax

3 hours of education, fun and gourmet time ( 5pm-8pm )
Places are limited to 20 people due to restrictions, therefore reserve as soon as you can.
Our last wine events were fully booked in advance therefore better you reserve your spot quickly!
