This Albarino is lovely and fresh but with great mid-palate body weight.

The Main: Carne asada a la plancha with cilantro avocado chimichurri, pisto and patatas bravas

Nicole is an independent wine educator, consultant, and sommelier
who runs her online consulting services and wine education company.
She spent five years working and studying in Bordeaux,
France where she earned an MBA in Wine Marketing and Management
and the WSET Level 4 Diploma. She is also recognized as a specialist in
French, Italian, American, and Spanish wines by the American Wine Scholar Guild.

5:45 -6 pm: Welcoming guests with the Spanish Aperitif
6 -6:30 pm: Presentation on Spain wines
6:30 -8:30 pm: Spanish Wines Dinner time
9 pm: closing doors
