Aperitif: Kubota Junmai Daiginjo
Brewed in the pursuit of a brilliant new flavor, this contemporary tanrei-karakuchi sake has a hint of pear and melon with an elegant aroma. Floral and expressive, its excellent harmony and acidic taste, give it a pleasant mouth-feel.

Japanese Saké : Kubota Manjyu Junmai Daiginjoyu
This Junmai Daiginjo has a complex flavor and flawlessly balances umami, sweetness, and tartness. Pleasantly floral, Kubota Manjyu’s refined aroma is in perfect harmony with its clean, silky, and smooth texture. Notes of dried strawberries and nuts. A truly sublime tanrei-karakuchi (dry & crisp) sake.

Starter: Roasted Chicken in a “mizore” style
Japanese Saké : Kubota Hekijyu Junmai Daiginjo(Yamahai)
This traditional Yamahai-style sake has a robust, bold earthy flavor that harmonizes with a light, smooth, and refreshing finish. The refined flavors of Daiginjo collaborate with the deeper notes of traditional Yamahai-style sake creating a lasting and complex umami experience on the tongue.

Hiroshi holds a certificate of Sommelier of Sake (International kikisake-shi)
He is a Sake seminar lecturer at several universities in Japan
He is currently working at ASAHI-SHUZO SAKE BREWING CO., LTD.
