A rosé made with Glera (a prosecco grape varietal) and quite unusually blended with red pinot noir.
Bright light pink, with fine and persistent perlage. The flavor is floral, with an explosion of freshness.

Italian white wine: Sicilia, Grillo del Barone, DOC, 2023
Grillo used to be the main grape used for Marsala fortified wine and is famous for its versatility and great character.
In Grillo del Barone each tasting element finds its perfect place: an intense and warm feeling in the mouth, balanced by sustained acidity and minerality. Surprises with complex and sophisticated secondary notes.

Intense and brilliant violet-ruby red. Aromas of red fruit such as Camarena and red cherries.

Federico was born in Milan, the fashionable business capital of Italy.
While he was at University, he started to study Japanese and wine, willing to be an ambassador of Italian wine and lifestyle in Japan.
He worked in the wine industry for more than 7 years.
He has been in Japan for about 6 years, managing his own importer and distributor company called Swirl Wine
He holds the WSET Level 2 diploma ( a well-respected wine education diploma)
He loves wines and is passionate about introducing the Italian wine culture to Japanese and foreign customers.

5:45-6:pm: Welcoming guests with Italian Sparkling Wine
6:-6:30 pm: Presentation on our Fine Italian wine
6:30-8:30 pm Italian Wine Dinner time
9 pm: Closing Doors

Early Bird: ( – 35 till – 21 days advance ) : 18,980¥ + service tax
Advanced Reservation: ( – 20 till – 7 days advance ) : 21,980¥ + service tax
Regular Price: ( – 6 Days advance till Event Day ) : 24,980¥ + service tax

Not include the service charge tax: 12%
3 hours of education, fun and gourmet time ( 6-9 pm)
Places are very limited, therefore reservations are essential.
Our last wine events at Tokyo American Club were fully booked in advance therefore better you reserve your spot quickly!
Vegetarians are welcome and should apply for the vegetarian menu in advance.
Coming by yourself is more than welcome.
