The Wine Expert
Meet Frédéric Cayuela, a passionate wine lover and educator in Japan.
Frédéric is born in the Roussillon wine region located in south of France in the boundaries of Spain. With over 10 years of experience in the wine industry, Frédéric possesses a seasoned and a uniqueinternational background. He worked as a wine advisor for the château Nadal Hainaut in France,and, as a wine merchant, consultant, and educator in Taiwan and Singapore.
Now settled in Tokyo, Frédéric is a devoted Roussillon wine ambassador and shares his valuableknowledge about his native wine region, and his expertise on other French and worldwidewinemaking regions as he obtained numerous international credentials under his belt.
His ultimate challenge is join the rank of the very few Master of Wine in the world. As a wine educator, he wish to share more of his knowledge and passion for wines to others, and it is important to do it not only in an academic way, but instead in both an easy-going practical learning and a unique experience.
Here few of his accomplishments in the wine industry:
• Diploma WSET holder. (DipWSET)
• Graduated from Rivesaltes Sch. Of Agriculture. (DWS)
• Certified Specialist of Wine from Society of Wine Educators (CSW)
• French Wine Scholar Program Instructor (FWS)
• Guide Hachette Judge for south of France category
• Champagne Master Level holder, completion with Highest Honors.
• Finalist 2nd place (2014) – Team winner (2012) during the professional Dionysiades wine tasting contest in France.
Friday August 19th Schedule:
6:15-6:30pm: Welcoming guests with the aperitif
6:30-7pm: Presentation on Australian wine
7-9pm: Dinner time
9:15pm: End of the Party
9:30pm: Closing Doors
Pricing: 20,980¥ + tax

The 5 fine wines, service and speakers.

3 hours of education, fun and gourmet time ( 6:30pm-9:30pm )
Places are limited to 30 people due to restrictions, therefore reserve as soon as you can.
Our last wine events were fully booked in advance therefore better you reserve your spot quickly!
