The Francis Ford Coppola Winery is among the few wineries in California that offer a wide variety of high quality wines at affordable prices. Maintaining quality year after year is not an easy task, but Coppola manages to do so with careful selection of grapes from its own vineyards and many other sources throughout the state and by skilled winemaking.

Robert Mondavi is the Father of California Wine. No one is more responsible for the success of the California wine industry than Robert Mondavi. His philosophy about wine was simple and constant, despite changing fads. To him, wine should be consumed at the table, with food and friends.

Romain is from France, he grew up in the South of France which gave him the passion for Mediterranean food and later wines.
Romain is a professional sommelier with a WSET level 3 diploma ( a globally recognized wine certification )
He has more than 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
Romain speaks French, English and Japanese.
He has been in Japan for 8 years and is keen to share his experience of wines with you
