Maho Katsuda:

Maho was born in Hiroshima, where her family began a wine business during her childhood. While attending university, she earned her wine expert diploma and visited numerous winemakers in France and the United States. After graduating, she studied abroad in France for three years, focusing on French language and winemaking at CFPPA. She now works for Wine Katsuda as a buyer and in the E-Commerce Division. She held the WSET 2 and is preparing the WSET 3
Hugo Fevrier:
champagne instructor
After studying bio-engineering and the fermentation process, Hugo went to the corporate world before Joining Katsuda Shoten and promoting fine wine in Japan. Wine lover, he applied his scientific background to understand wine complexity and vulgarize it to a large audience of wine enthusiasts.
Hugo is undergoing WSET 3 to perfect its knowledge and recommendation of wines.

6 – 6:30 pm: Eating the buffet
6:30 – 7 pm: Presentation on Champagne wine
7:10 – 8-30pm: mingling and fun time
8:30 pm: Ending of the champagne party
9 pm: Closing doors
