The Aperitif:
Champagne Pannier Selection Brut
Blend: 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 40% Chardonnay
These glistening fine, gold bubbles offer an expressive floral and fruity
nose with yellow and white ripe fruit that carries through to a long, elegant
finish.
With Bread and Butter

The Christmas Seafood Assorted Platter:
Tuna carpaccio, artichoke barigoule
Slightly smoked salmon, tapioca–prawn crackers, ink pearls, saffron mayonnaise
Sea bream carpaccio citrus vinaigrette with garden greens
Boiled shrimp with mango vinaigrette
Paired with Champagne Pannier Blanc de Blancs, 100% Chardonnay
Delicate light gold bubbles give rise to fresh citrus and peach notes that
dance until the elegant, persistent finish.

The French Christmas Main Course:
Angus Beef tenderloin ‘Wellington’ with truffle sauce, roasted potatoes, carrots, and string beans
(Boeuf de Noël en croute)
Paired with Champagne Pannier Blanc de Noirs, 95% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier
Bright fine golden bubbles popping with fresh citrus, Mirabelle plum, and
peach notes accompanied by a creamy, delicate mouthfeel.

The French Christmas Dessert:
Traditional Bûche de Noel, Parfait Glace au Grand Marnier
Paired with Ratafia de Champagne Pannier
Blend: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Fine de Champagne
This traditional, rare, little-known champagne jewel glistens with golden
hues. It offers an enticing bouquet of fresh grape, pear, and golden apple
fruit layered with orange peel and honey. The finish lingers with fleshy,
vibrant fruit.

Nicole is an independent wine educator, consultant, and sommelier who runs her online consulting services and wine education company.
She spent five years working and studying in Bordeaux, France, earning an MBA in Wine Marketing and Management, and the WSET Level 4 Diploma.
She is also recognized as a French, Italian, American, and Spanish wine specialist by the American Wine Scholar Guild.

Our last wine events were fully booked in advance therefore, it is better you reserve your spot quickly!
