Blend: 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay

Terrine with coeur de foie Gras, macaron, one shave of truffle and crumble
Peppered cured white Hamachi, gin fizz jelly, pea shoot, olive oil drops and squid ink tuile
Avocado tartare with crab mayonnaise, celery salpicon
Cream of porcini soup, white frothing
Paired with Champagne Charles de Cazanove Stradivarius Brut
made of vine only from grand cru and premier cru!
Blend: 43% Chardonnay, 57% Pinot noir

Roasted turkey breast, pork, apple and chestnut stuffing, blow torched carrot, celeriac puree.

Paired with Champagne Charles de Cazanove Brut Rosé
Blend: 15% Chardonnay, 50 % Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, 15% Côteaux Champenois Rouge.
There is volume, fullness and strength on the palate, with good substance. A delicious champagne!

Yumi has been a passionate champagne lover for more than 10 years.
Inside that period she tasted more than 1500 kinds of Champagne!
She went to the champagne area 9 times and visited more than 30 maisons and domaines.
With a mission to spread the champagne message in Japan, she started to worked for a wine importer 4 years ago and became a champagne brand manager 3 years ago.
Saturday December 10th ’ Schedule:
6:15-6:30pm: Welcoming guests with Champagne
6:30-7pm: Presentation on Champagne
7pm-9pm: Christmas Champagne Dinner time
9:30pm: Closing Doors

Our last wine events were fully booked in advance therefore better you reserve your spot quickly!
