 Burgundy’s typical aperitif: Kir ( blackcurrant liquor with white wine )

White Burgundy wine: Rully Premier Cru Blanc Molesme, Domaine Jean-Baptiste Ponsot, 2020

Grape Variety: Chardonnay 100%

A luscious and energetic mouth with a lasting impression on the palate. A beautiful marriage between the wine’s richness and its mineral tensions. Round, precise and indulgent.

Starter: Escargots Bourguignon ( snails Burgundy style ), with toasted baguette

White burgundy wine: Bourgogne Aligoté, Domaine Regnard Christian, 2021

Grape Variety: Aligoté 100%

An appealing white wine with a youthful charm and harmoniously balanced flavours ranging from fruity apple and lemon notes to delicate white florals. A unique departure from the Chardonnay norm.

Main: Boeuf Bourguignon ( Beef Burgundy style ) with Pommes Purée and Seasonal Vegetables.

Red Burgundy wine: Pommard Les Clas, Domaine Moisseney Bonnard, 2017 

Appellation Pommard Contrôlée, Pinot Noir 100%

Full-bodied with vibrant notes of violets, raspberries, wild strawberries accompanied by a velvety texture and supple tannins. An expressive wine bursting with energy and culminating in an earthy finish.

Burgundy Wine : Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé Chartron et Trébuchet with Pinot Noir, 2018

Nicole is an independent wine educator, consultant, and sommelier who runs her online consulting services and wine education company.
She spent five years working and studying in Bordeaux, France where she earned an MBA in Wine Marketing and Management the WSET Level 4 Diploma.
She is also recognized as a specialist in French, Italian, American, and Spanish wines by the American Wine Scholar Guild.
Nicole speaks English, Japanese, and French

Saturday, October 21st’ Schedule:

6:15-6:30 pm: Welcoming guests with the aperitif

6:30-7 pm:  Presentation on Burgundies

7-8:30 pm: Bourgogne Dinner time

9 pm: Ending of the party

9:30 pm: Closing

Price: 21,980¥ + tax

This is what you get with the entrance fee:

The Full Menu: Aperitif, Amuse, starter, main dish, dessert, coffee or tea.
The 5 fine wines, service, and speakers.
It does not include a 10% tax

3 hours of education, fun, and gourmet time (6:30-9:30 p.m.)

Places are limited to only 30 people, therefore reserve as soon as you can.

Our last wine events were fully booked in advance therefore, it is better you reserve your spot quickly!
