Grape Variety: Aligoté 100%
An appealing white wine with a youthful charm and harmoniously balanced flavours ranging from fruity apple and lemon notes to delicate white florals. A unique departure from the Chardonnay norm.

Main: Boeuf Bourguignon ( Beef Burgundy style ) with Pommes Purée and Seasonal Vegetables.
Red Burgundy wine: Pommard Les Clas, Domaine Moisseney Bonnard, 2017
Appellation Pommard Contrôlée, Pinot Noir 100%
Full-bodied with vibrant notes of violets, raspberries, wild strawberries accompanied by a velvety texture and supple tannins. An expressive wine bursting with energy and culminating in an earthy finish.

Nicole is an independent wine educator, consultant, and sommelier who runs her online consulting services and wine education company.
She spent five years working and studying in Bordeaux, France where she earned an MBA in Wine Marketing and Management the WSET Level 4 Diploma.
She is also recognized as a specialist in French, Italian, American, and Spanish wines by the American Wine Scholar Guild.
Nicole speaks English, Japanese, and French
Saturday, October 21st’ Schedule:
6:15-6:30 pm: Welcoming guests with the aperitif
6:30-7 pm: Presentation on Burgundies
7-8:30 pm: Bourgogne Dinner time
9 pm: Ending of the party
9:30 pm: Closing
Price: 21,980¥ + tax
