White Bordeaux Wines: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, Mission St Vincent
Made from Sauvignon, a traditional white grape from the Bordeaux vineyard, the fine balance of this wine will delight both novice and experienced palates.

Starter: Chicken galantine with foie gras fig chutney and micro greens
Rosé Bordeaux Wines: Rosé, Mission Saint Vincent, AOP, 2020
Bordeaux grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot blend
Ripe red currant and cherry notes balanced with a vibrant acidity carry this wine to its
crisp, crunchy finish touched with a note of caramel.

Bordeaux Magnum
This wine offers a complex basket of ripe red and black fruit notes with a violet hint. Milk
chocolate and caramel undertones reveal themselves along with supple tannins. The
wine culminates in a persistent, velvety finish with a touch of cocoa.

A luscious wine revealing white blossoms, lemon zest, and apricot along with
marmalade and ginger notes. Beautifully balanced acidity and sweetness lift this wine
to offer a fresh sensation. A silky lingering honeyed finish.

6 -6:30 pm: Presentation on Bordeaux wine
6:30 -8:30 pm: Bordeaux Dinner time
9 pm: Closing Doors
