Wine: Crémant de Bordeaux Rosé Brut, Sparkling , Merlot:
Good balance of acidity. Fruit-derived flavors continue with the nuances of strawberry and vanilla.

Amuse: Crab dimension with salad, mousse and terrine, burned butter bonbon, lemon brioche crisp
Wine: Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc, Mission Saint Vincent
Made from Sauvignon, a traditional white grape from the Bordeaux vineyard, the fine balance of this wine will delight both novice and experienced palates.

Starter: The ultimate caprese, semi dried tomato, persimmon and chicken poached in olive oil and balsamic, antipasto vegetables, sweet and sour tomato coulis, and focaccia tuile
Wine: Bordeaux Rosé, Mission Saint Vincent
Made from both Cabernets and Merlot, the traditional grape varieties of the Bordeaux vineyard, this elegant wine will delight all wine lovers.

Branaire-Ducru 2014 has an expressive, abundant nose of well-ripened fruit, while maintaining its rightful freshness. It is fleshy on the palate from the attack onwards and it develops lingeringly with dense substance.

The Wine Expert
Robert Self is a public speaker and wine expert. Raised in Northern California’s wine country, his fascination with the beauty of wine led him to Academie du Vin, where he attained a Wine Expert II degree. Robert also has degrees from the Wine Spectator School, and frequently speaks for major wineries and vintners from around the world.
Robert has worked at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and NHK radio as a business commentator, and these days coaches Fortune 500 companies around Asia to inspire them to better business presentations and communications.

6:15-6:30pm: Welcoming guests with the aperitif
6:30-7pm: Presentation on Bordeaux wine
7pm-9pm: Dinner time
9:30pm: Closing Doors
