Australian Wine
We will partner with an Importer called AWines. They started in 2008 we started with the idea to select a unique set of wines that captures individuality; wines that are nurtured by nature! Wines crafted by individuals who are dedicated to making the best wines possible and winemakers who believe in the traditions of their craft yet embrace new technologies and philosophies. They are passionate about the wines they import.

The Gourmet Menu and Australian Wine Selection:
Aperitif : Bread Roll with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Australian Wine: 2022 Ngeringa Pet Nat. , Sparkling
Grape Varieties: Pink Semillon, Viognier, Pinot Noir Rosé & Syrah.
A super example of this unique style of wine. This wine is all about the texture and palate feel. Very small production of only 266 dozen made!

Amuse: Lemony Prawn, Black-eye bean Ragu, Chili Jam
Australian wine: 2009 FORBES & FORBES Cellar MATURED, 100% RIESLING
A classic example of a beautifully aged dry Riesling. The acid is still fresh which makes it a very versatile food friendly wine.

Starter: Romain Salad: Grilled Chicken, Crouton, Creamy Garlic Dressing
Australian Wine: 2017 NGERINGA SUMMIT 100% CHARDONNAY
A biodynamic 100% Chardonnay that single vineyard. Very small production of just 108 Dozen made.

Main: Australian Beef Tenderloin, Smoked Eggplant Puree, Seasonal Vegetables, Red Wine Reduction
Australian Wine: 2013 O’Leary Walker Cabernet Sauvignon & Malbec
Grape Variety: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Malbec
9 years and still showing it depth of fruit, richness and structure. Very good example of great Clare Valley red wine.

Dessert: Apple Raisin Cheesecake
LOBO Cloudy Apple & Pear Cider
A craft cider from the Adelaide Hills. The apples are from a 4 generation producing family. The cider is a pure as it can be and bottled unfiltered, undiluted and fermentated using natural yeast.

The Wine Expert
Mick Nippard is the CEO of AWines. He Moved to Japan 2006. Started AWines in 2008 and made it a company in 2009. Bachelor of Wine Marketing graduated 2002 Adelaide University. WSET 1, 2 & 3 passed. He have worked at some of Australia’s best wine shops; namely Bailey & Bailey (Adelaide), Armadale Cellars (Melbourne).
Sunday July 24th Schedule:
4:45-5pm: Welcoming guests with the aperitif
5-5:30pm: Presentation on Australian wine
5:30-7:30pm: Dinner time
8pm: Ending of the party
8:30pm: Closing Doors
Pricing:
Advanced Reservation: ( – 21 till – 10 days advance ) : 18,980¥ + tax
Regular Price: ( – 9 Days advance till Event Day ) : 20,980¥ + tax

The full Menu: Amuse, starter, main dish, dessert, coffee or tea.
The 5 fine wines, service and speakers.
Does not include 10% tax
3 hours of education, fun and gourmet time ( 5pm-8pm )
Places are limited to 20 people due to restrictions, therefore reserve as soon as you can.
Our last wine events were fully booked in advance therefore better you reserve your spot quickly!
